Unhappy car squeaks when turning steering wheel

so this has just been happening, or maybe it has just gotten louder, but my 93 lude makes a noise, like when you have wet hands and you slide it along a rubber surface when the steering wheel is turned right or left (the noise starts when you turn the wheel either to the right or left then stops when the turning stops, it continues when i start turning again (clearly heard when turning at low speeds)).

I'm not sure if it is the power steering being low or something else with the suspension (maybe boots??), any ideas on what is causing the noise?? THanks
